FoodieQ Terms of Use

In order to provide you with a smooth experience for placing orders and paying bills in various establishments such as restaurants, bars, hotels, etc., we have developed these Terms of Use for the FoodieQ Application (hereinafter hereinafter referred to as “Terms of Use” or “CU”). The use of the Application and our services is subject to the unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs as well as our Confidentiality Policy, available on our website (https://www.FoodieQ.io/privacy).
Article 1 – Our Services
By making our FoodieQ Services available, we offer establishments the possibility of offering you various features, including:
1.1. Placing an Order: You can consult the menus of the establishments and place orders directly via the Application. You are solely responsible for the selection of the items, it is recommended to check their suitability with your preferences, possibly by consulting the establishment's staff.
1.2. Payment of Additions: The Application allows you to pay all or part of the bill, whether the order was made via the Application or directly with the establishment's staff. You are responsible for verifying the details of the bill and its compliance before making payment.
1.3. Tipping: When paying the bill in the Application, you can choose to leave a tip for the service provided by the establishment. The tip amount you select will be added to your bill, and you are entirely responsible for the amount you decide to tip for the service you receive.
1.4. Review of the Establishment: The Application offers you the possibility of sharing your experience by leaving comments, testimonials and evaluations concerning the establishment. Please note that these notices will be public and accessible to other users of the Application as well as to the establishment concerned.
1.5. Loyalty program: The Application offers you the possibility of joining a loyalty program to obtain discounts and offers in line with the choice of “the Establishment” by creating a user account.
Article 2 - Your User Account
2.1. Creating a User Account is not required to make payments, but it is necessary to access some of our Services (“User Account”). It is important to emphasize that only one User Account per person is authorized. You agree to create only one User Account and not to share your connection information, including your username, password or credit card details, with other individuals.The information you provide when registering for the Application, such as your first and last name, email address and telephone number, must be accurate, current and complete. You are responsible for updating this information if it changes. The veracity of this data is your responsibility.
2.2. Security of your User Account:
The security of your User Account as well as the protection of your password are your entire responsibility. You agree not to disclose your password to third parties. If you have reason to believe that your User Account is compromised or used without authorization, you must notify us immediately.
Article 3 - Conditions of Use of the Application and Services
3.1. Use of the Application: To use the Application, a smartphone and an Internet connection are required. The Application is optimized for the latest versions of Android or iOS. You must ensure that you have the necessary equipment and software to access the Application and use the Services.
3.2. Compliant Use: You agree to use the Application and the Services fairly, in accordance with their purpose, the laws and regulations in force, as well as these Conditions of Use. This includes in particular the obligation not to:
● Create fictitious profiles or use someone else's User Account.
● Providing incorrect information in the Application's data collection forms, and keeping your User Account data up to date.
● Publish, transmit or share data, information or content contrary to the laws and regulations in force, public order or good morals.
● Create links to content or information on the Application without our prior consent.
● Use any information, content or data from the Application to provide a service competitive with the Application, as determined in our sole discretion.
● Sell, trade or monetize any information, content or data from the Application or Services without our prior consent.
● Attempt to obtain the source code of any proprietary material used to provide the Application Services.
● Use automatic methods to access or disrupt the operation of the Application.
● Endanger the security of our Application, including unauthorized attempts at monitoring, scanning or vulnerability testing, or attempts to violate security or authentication measures.● Infringe our intellectual property rights.
● Simulate the appearance or operation of our Application, in particular by using a mirror effect.
● Interfere with the Application or Services, or attempt to overload the Application's infrastructure, or transmit computer viruses via the Application.
